Admission Process
The admission process at NBS school is designed to be personal and informative for all prospective families.

1. School Tour
We encourage families to visit our school for a comprehensive tour of the campus and a chance to engage with our admission staff. To schedule an appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.

2. Application and Required Documents
While there is no strict application deadline, we recommend initiating the admission process early. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the school year. Please note that a 'joining fee' is required to initiate the admission process and cover administrative costs.
To complete the student application, the following documents are needed:
-
Completed Application Form
-
Copy of Identity Card or Passport
-
Two Passport Photographs
-
Final School Report from Previous School
-
Vaccination card

3. Testing
All applicants undergo a thorough evaluation of their academic capacity and ability to learn and grow as future leaders. For students entering Grades 2 and above, diagnostic tests are part of the admission process. Appointments for testing can be scheduled via WhatsApp or email.

4. Admission Decisions
Decisions are made after a careful review of candidates. Factors considered include results from diagnostic testing, previous school records, motivation, social and emotional development, and a willingness to work hard. To complete the registration, the mentioned documents must be presented upon initiation of the admission process. A final admission decision is contingent upon this information. Once accepted and the required fees are paid, a place for the student is reserved.

5. Placement Overview
For Kindergarten section (3 to 5 years old), there are no specific academic requirements. Prospective students undergo an interview, must be toilet-trained, and able to speak and follow simple instructions. Other prospective students take diagnostic tests in core subjects to determine if they meet the minimum expected standard. The school may employ various strategies, such as summer school or additional classes, to support students in reaching the required level.

6. Communication of Admissions Results
Parents will receive a letter of acceptance or regret from the Admissions Office, conveying the results. The admission process is finalized upon settlement of payment. If, for any reason, parents decide not to enroll their child after acceptance, they must inform the admissions office and the relevant school in writing to reallocate the vacancy to other applicants.
